Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the management of our community associations, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving company goals. The ideal candidate will have a valid Florida CAM license, previous community management experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to assigned boards and communities
  • Attend and participate in annual and general meetings
  • Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance requests
  • Coordinate employees and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Collect and process invoices, and follow up on monthly assessments
  • Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
  • Prepare manager reports and financial summaries
  • Manage association onboarding and exit processes
Requirements
  • Valid Florida CAM license
  • Previous community management experience
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
