Job Title: Front Office Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our Crisis Recovery Unit team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage consumer data entry and retrieval with high accuracy
  • Maintain inventory of office and program supplies
  • Perform general office filing duties and complete consumer billing requirements
  • Support staff with consumer intake and discharge process, special projects, and staff meetings as needed
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, including client fees, authorizations, and clinic productions
  • Resolve CFS issues, including report errors, enrollment, and eligibility errors
  • Assist leadership in ensuring timely and accurate payroll and billing delivery
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and forwarding calls or messages
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant training program preferred, with Certified Medical Assistant highly preferred
  • Prior clerical and/or customer service experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to transport clients, based on needs/requirements of the clinic
