Homemaker/Parent Aid Specialist

As a Homemaker/Parent Aid Specialist with Peace Community Services LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting at-risk children and families. Your primary responsibility will be to provide critical needs assessments, prevention and intervention services, and progress monitoring to determine appropriate treatment plans. You will also teach and assist clients in applying effective life skills, document all contacts with clients, and produce required reports on time.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct home visits to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide guidance and support to clients in basic parenting and homemaking skills
- Meet with clients on a regular basis to monitor progress and provide ongoing support
- Document all contacts with clients and produce required reports
- Collaborate with community agencies, schools, and law enforcement to advocate for clients
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Knowledge of social service systems within the state
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to current confidentiality practices
