Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team at See Rock City Inc. As a key member of our Guest Experience Support Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and support across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to various teams, including sorting and distributing mail, maintaining the lost and found, and ordering office supplies.
  • Guest Relations Desk Management: Administer the Guest Relations Desk, answering incoming calls, and providing information to potential guests.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, partners, and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and possess excellent computer skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in a guest/customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
