Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager for our B2B Events division. This role is integral to our U.S. Medical Aesthetics group, which focuses on content-rich events, publications, and online educational resources. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive attendance and revenue for our portfolio of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to devise comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively promote our brands and content across various channels.
  • Oversee the entire marketing lifecycle for events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience expectations.
  • Work in partnership with creative and digital teams to analyze communication effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Lead the development of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Content Team to create content marketing calendars that support both exhibitor and attendee initiatives.
  • Engage with target audiences to refine messaging and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor marketing expenditures and provide regular reports on campaign performance against established KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, including email marketing and social media management.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to inform marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and a solid understanding of various social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
