Job Summary

We are seeking a National Events Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will implement events and oversee event marketing programs that drive awareness and lead generation in support of our firm's marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event program details with the Marketing team and produce a program summary and agenda.
  • Manage vendor contracts, track expenses, and report financials to teams.
  • Assist with complex events, large volumes, high-level confidentiality, and international scope.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Portfolio Marketing and business development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Event and Marketing leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years' experience managing event plans in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Experience with drive-to-registration tactics and best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders.
