The Room Services Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public spaces.

Key duties may include (as per hotel requirements): thorough cleaning of designated areas, setting up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby services such as coffee stations and evening concierge events, delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk, and operating the shuttle van when necessary (specific to the property).

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.


Must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable state and maintain an acceptable driving record (specific to the property).

Must be able to communicate information and ideas effectively.

Must be capable of evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.

Must work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Must maintain composure and objectivity under stress.

Responsibilities:
Adhere at all times to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Clean and buff floors daily in accordance with hotel standards.

Shampoo carpets in public areas as per hotel guidelines.

Shampoo furniture as necessary following hotel protocols.

Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and ensure regular maintenance as needed throughout the shift.

Assist with luggage requests during check-in/out in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.

Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and oneself.

Handle items for 'Lost and Found' according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

At the end of the shift, return all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office.

Complete daily assignment checklist and submit to supervisor at the end of the day.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
