Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will hold significant responsibilities. You will oversee all facets of your store's daily functions and strategize for future achievements. You will be the key individual accountable for establishing the benchmark for exceptional customer interactions, superior employee performance, and exceeding sales targets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is dedicated to enhancing the community, and possesses the skills to manage operations effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Performance (50%): Actively engage on the sales floor, collaborating with customers and staff to meet the store's sales objectives. Aim to be among the top two sales contributors in the store while leading the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Development (25%): Organize and implement comprehensive staff training programs covering sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and product knowledge. Assess training effectiveness through various methods, including role-playing and direct observation.
  • Store Operations (15%): Participate in store merchandising to create a professional and inviting shopping environment. Oversee inventory supplies and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.
  • Human Resources (10%): Engage in all aspects of staffing, including interviewing candidates, managing onboarding processes, scheduling, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
