About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Biopharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory, identifying business opportunities, building and fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the effective presentation of our customer's products to meet/exceed sales/forecast and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure effective coverage of territory and follow up of qualified leads
  • Work cross-functionally with various business units, including inside sales, to validate sales leads being generated
  • Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources
  • Establish relationships and develop rapport with designated health care professionals and key partners
  • Develop strategies to obtain office access and customer engagement
  • Attend conventions and speaker programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Ability to work nights and weekends for coverage of regional/national events
  • Documented, proven track record of success
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
Preferred Requirements
  • MBA
  • Dermatology Sales experience
