Job Overview

Pella Mid-Atlantic is seeking a skilled Trade Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and trade organizations to promote Pella window and door solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Network and generate leads through referrals, face-to-face meetings, and industry events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% "Very Satisfied" customers and growth through market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure successful after-sale service requirements and installations.
  • Interact with the Account Receivable department to address billing and payment issues.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and proactively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Strong relationships-building skills and ability to develop partnerships with other businesses.
  • Excellent customer service skills, generating referrals, and creating trust with customers.
  • Ability to negotiate, build value, and address objections to close sales.
  • Collaborative mindset, working with Pella team members and customers.
  • Adaptable to changing processes and priorities, with a strong work ethic and flexibility about hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smart devices, with the ability to learn internal software programs and applications.
