Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all responsibilities of a Guest Services Representative
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all visitors
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests to enhance loyalty
  • Assist in managing the guest services team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to optimize revenue and occupancy rates
  • Support the review and approval of billing accounts and departmental reports
  • Help maintain service quality by addressing complaints and implementing corrective measures
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations
  • Ensure cleanliness and professionalism in public areas and office spaces
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in front desk operations
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer operations
