Job Overview


As a Business Solutions Area Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supervising teams dedicated to the continuous support, service, and maintenance of Business Solutions group accounts and associates.

Key Responsibilities

Role Scope


The primary responsibilities of the Area Operations Manager include recruiting and training staff, as well as overseeing their daily operational performance.

This position entails directing teams to strategize, implement, and finalize projects effectively.

Your role will involve assessing current performance metrics within your department and formulating plans, objectives, and strategies aimed at enhancing these metrics.

The Area Operations Manager will structure team roles and assess employee performance to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

This position requires adaptability to work various shifts as necessary and will collaborate closely with the Business Solutions Directors and VP team to manage resources in real-time.


The Area Operations Manager must possess the ability to inspire and mentor employees, plan and execute projects, and make informed operational decisions.

This role also demands strong organizational and delegation skills, exceptional attention to detail, effective time management, and innovative problem-solving abilities.

- Achieve departmental goals by tracking progress and ensuring high team effectiveness.
- Ensure proper dissemination of information to uphold policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Clearly communicate job expectations to team members.

Systems and Procedures

- Propose enhancements to systems or processes to elevate overall service quality.
- Contribute to team efforts by assisting with special projects and collaborating with peers.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to the Director.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, including account research and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

- High school diploma or GED; some college education preferred.
- Extensive experience in leadership or within the LegalShield framework.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of computer applications such as System I, Talkdesk, and Sharepoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
- Effective coaching skills.
- Adaptability to change.
- Results-oriented self-starter with a proactive approach.
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding employee records and sensitive information.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines while working independently, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and urgency.
