Job Summary

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Telco-Cloud vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling to TELCOs and HYPERSCALERS, with a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales win plan tailored to the Telco-Cloud vertical, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging 8-10+ years of experience in the Telco-Cloud vertical.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the specific vertical sector, drawing on extensive industry experience to form enduring partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, utilizing deep industry insights to understand their unique needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to upper management.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive new business opportunities within the Telco sector.
  • Proven track record in selling to TELCOs and HYPERSCALERS, cultivating and managing relationships with senior leaders in the industry.
  • Leading and driving the RFX strategy and process, complete with a solution and margin focus.
  • Consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets in the IT hardware and/or AI/ 5G/ Telco/ Edge Computing workload discipline.
  • Ability to independently establish win-plans and close opportunities against quota requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience with relevant relationships within the Telco-Cloud industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.

Supermicro offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range of $149,000- $162,000, depending on location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
