Job Summary:

Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory for Estes Express. Provide regular reports on sales activities and utilize CRM tools to build customer relationships and enhance product services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities
  • Utilize CRM tools to build customer relationships and enhance product services
  • Interface with customers to understand their objectives and requirements
  • Expedite the resolution of customer concerns
  • Prepare and conduct service presentations to customers
  • Contribute to quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing account trends and future customer needs
  • Promote world-class customer care throughout the terminal
  • Meet and exceed predetermined sales goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of sales experience, preferably in LTL/transportation sales
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and overnight stays as needed
