Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to engage with potential commercial clients and promote our HVAC service agreements. While prior knowledge of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is advantageous, we are open to training the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various prospecting methods, including networking and referrals.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients to schedule meetings and present our service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed established sales metrics and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $125,000, along with commission eligibility. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability income, and a 401(k) savings plan with a company match.
