  • 5 years of experience in commercial lending, loan portfolio management, or equivalent banking experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial credit analysis and banking products/services.
  • Solid communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales and negotiation skills.
