Administrative Support Coordinator

Our primary focus is on commercial electrical construction, encompassing projects ranging from retail remodels to universities and distribution centers.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $75,000 per year, dependent on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced project assistant capable of supporting 2-3 project managers. Each manager oversees multiple projects simultaneously, varying in size and duration. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with field staff and their project manager to ensure efficient project assistance.
- Manage problems and implement solutions
- Coordinate travel and housing arrangements for field staff and project managers
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Compile reports as required
- Track and log reporting from each jobsite
- Assist in monitoring change orders, RFI's, and submittals
- Secure necessary permits and licenses for each project
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors
- Answer phones as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe PDF
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Previous experience in construction office support is preferred
