Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Robert M Fowler Agency Llc. This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit correspondences, reports, and other documents to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to maximize productivity.
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process payments, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
