Position Summary:

The Guest Services Coordinator will report directly to the Center Director. This role is pivotal in establishing trust with Fountain Life members and is tasked with delivering exceptional service at every interaction, while also providing administrative support to all office personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide members and prospective members along a defined Customer Experience Journey and engage in ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Handle incoming calls to assist members with inquiries and scheduling, as well as direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Engage with members and potential members to identify and coordinate services tailored to their individual goals.
  • Ensure that member care reflects the luxury and exclusivity associated with Fountain Life.
  • Manage incoming digital inquiries and facilitate coordination among health providers, program advisors, and members.
  • Build strong relationships with members and prospective members to ensure an optimal experience and foster lifelong loyalty.
  • Process orders as required.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma is required.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to resolve issues independently or seek assistance as necessary.
  • Commitment to a health-and-wellness-oriented lifestyle.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer service, guest relations, or membership management; sales experience is a plus.
  • An Associate's degree in business, social sciences, social work, nursing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Management Systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
