  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all food products meet the restaurant's specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-service kitchens.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
