Key Responsibilities

  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among staff members, departments, and external partners to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of acute care experience and leadership experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon, American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), and other relevant certifications.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular, consistent, and punctual attendance at the assigned job location. The successful candidate will be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently, and possess physical agility and adequate reaction time to respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected patient care needs.
