Primary Duties:

  • Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates for various clerical, technical, administrative, professional, and managerial roles.

  • Have a foundational knowledge of the organizational framework.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight stays.

Additional Information:

  • This position is classified under AHSA roles.
  • Salary expectations should be accurately presented.
  • Negotiations regarding hiring fees for AHSA roles will occur between AHSA and the client, resulting in variable rewards.
  • This role requires on-site presence; remote candidates will not be considered.
  • The Recruitment Specialist is tasked with the full cycle of candidate engagement for various roles.
  • Essential skills include advanced interviewing techniques, comprehensive knowledge of clerical and specialized functions, and a strong grasp of organizational structure and employment regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in level 3 hospitals (not critical access, but acute care), is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience (2+ years).
  • Valid Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) certification.
  • Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
