Job Title: Regional Medicaid Eligibility Manager

About the Role:
Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced individual to fill the Regional Medicaid Eligibility Manager position. This role will support and develop the Revenue Cycle Process as it relates to the Medicaid Eligibility Process. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Revenue Cycle Management Team to ensure timely approval and payment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a full understanding of Medicaid Eligibility Requirements as they pertain to individual state and federal regulations
- Maintain full ownership of all Medicaid Pending Accounts that have reached 150 days and older to ensure the next, most appropriate steps are being taken to achieve approval
- Work in conjunction with Revenue Cycle Management Team to create efficiencies throughout the revenue cycle process

Requirements:
- Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred but not required
- 2 or more years of Long Term Care experience as it relates to Revenue Cycle and Medicaid Eligibility
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook required
