Job Overview
Fcs Co is seeking a skilled Pediatric Mental Health Specialist to fill a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist position in Atlanta, GA. This 40-hour per week role involves a 50/50 split between outpatient and residential settings, with locum to permanent possibilities. The successful candidate will participate in an on-call rotation every other week, with the potential for higher pay rates.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist will provide high-quality care to children and adolescents in need. With a strong focus on behavioral health, this individual will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric services to children and adolescents in both outpatient and residential settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and community resources

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a medical degree and be board-certified or eligible in child and adolescent psychiatry. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
