#### Job Summary

InProduction, a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the United States events industry, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Structures Department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the financial success and on-time completion of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Interpret drawings to evaluate project needs, including reviewing current inventory and fabrication requirements, ordering equipment, and checking availability of specialty items to avoid overbooking
* Review client contracts and communicate milestones or stipulations to the project team
* Plan and implement job budgets within SPORTS in advance, tying costs to activities and materials
* Acquire permits with local building departments when necessary and attend pre-planning meetings to review the scope of work with the client
* Ensure all rental equipment is scheduled and returned, and assign usage dates to structures to reserve inventory
* Manage build and strike dates, notify Operations of any date changes, and provide technical advice to job teams to ensure compliance with job specifications
* Maintain and update budgets regularly, inform senior management of significant changes, and procure materials to complete projects if justified
* Produce weekly reports for projects over $200K and a build duration greater than 2 weeks

#### Requirements

* 3 to 5 years of project management and operations experience required
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Experience in construction or equipment rental industry preferred
* PMP certification preferred but not required
* Possess a valid driver's license and meet requirements to operate company vehicles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic budget management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective customer relations skills
