Job Summary

The WITS Business Relationship Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Water IT is a strategic partner to the business, aligning technology initiatives with business goals. This role will facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organization, foster collaboration, and drive innovation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business capabilities and strategic priorities, and will be able to develop and implement effective business-IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned business organization's capabilities and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to evaluate, sequence and shape initiatives for strategic value.
  • Represent the business in re-prioritization decisions with respect to the enterprise roadmap and SRP's strategic goals.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and responsiveness to all key stakeholders on business projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the business to develop business cases that support their initiatives.
  • Build cross-functional relationships for the convergence of value by partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations to drive meaningful results.
Requirements
  • 10 years professional experience, including 5+ years championing organizational change.
  • Project experience utilizing Agile project methodologies for technical or software development.
  • Ability to build strong relationships; possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work and coordinate and provide oversight to resources delivering work product.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and detailed business processes.
