Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Representative to provide front office support in clinical areas. This role is responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, and maintaining effective communication with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and acknowledge patients in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain effective communication and interact appropriately with the healthcare team
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including sample management and demographic data entry
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including eligibility verification and referral processes
  • Answer incoming calls and take necessary action
  • Maintain provider schedules and on-call schedules
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the manager
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Medical Office Administration
  • BLS/CPR Certification
