- Provide exceptional sales and customer service to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and delegating when necessary.
- Travel throughout Carter's territory, up to 75% of the time during the training period.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of post-secondary education or 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to sit and talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds.
