Brewery Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brewery Representative to join our team at The Boston Beer Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the beer industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell and promote our entire product portfolio to new and existing accounts
- Focus on increasing the availability and visibility of our products in retail accounts, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores
- Identify and develop business opportunities with major accounts that are not currently selling our products
- Partner with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received, and business is growing at accounts
- Conduct sales calls, beer tastings, and evening promotions to drive sales and increase brand visibility
- 1+ years of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or within the food and beverage industry
- An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality
- Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously
- Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently
- Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale materials frequently

The Boston Beer Company is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workforce. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,900 - $60,320 annually, based on location and experience level, as well as an annual discretionary bonus and car allowance for eligible sales positions.
