Sales Representative

MG Moving Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Sterling, VA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying their moving needs, and providing customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to evaluate clients' requirements and provide precise quotations.
- Present engaging sales pitches to demonstrate the advantages of our moving services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to finalize agreements and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations departments to enhance our services.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice, and diction.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of effective selling and closing strategies and techniques.
- Comfortable initiating customer contact and asking for their business and referrals.
