As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our expanding firm, contributing to the success of our projects and fostering strong client relationships. Core Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional civil engineering services, including design, specifications, project budgets, and coordination with contractors and sub-consultants.
  • Oversee the design and construction of water supply systems, wastewater collection systems, and treatment facilities.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary projects encompassing civil, electrical, and architectural elements.
  • Ensure quality control and assurance across all project deliverables.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and timelines while maintaining effective client communication.
  • Facilitate and participate in both internal and external project meetings.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Collect critical data to support clients in project financing and funding initiatives.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for project and client engagements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Uphold a strong reputation for integrity, reliability, and sound judgment.
  • Must be able to fulfill pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering or five years of relevant consulting experience.
  • Professional Engineer registration preferred or the ability to obtain it within three months.
  • Experience with Civil 3D, ESRI products, and hydraulic or process modeling software.
  • Knowledge of design and implementation of water supply, wastewater treatment, and municipal infrastructure.
  • Experience leading both internal and external project initiatives.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective project management skills.
