Job Overview:

The QSR Lead Representative is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a shift within a quick service restaurant. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members to uphold the operational standards of the Company and Brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a prompt and friendly manner while mentoring team members to do the same.
  • Maintain a tidy restaurant environment by performing general cleaning tasks and assigning responsibilities to team members, ensuring completion.
  • Guide the team to ensure that all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations, while coaching team members on food preparation and production standards.
  • Ensure compliance with product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records throughout the shift. Complete necessary paperwork and counts at the end of the shift and day.
  • Report any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for both team members and customers by adhering to all relevant laws and safety codes.
  • Document all incidents in accordance with the Company’s policy.
