  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

**Physical Requirements:**

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

**Work Schedule:**

40+ hours per week, with flexible hours depending on business needs.
