- Vehicle Assessment: Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer, determining and recommending maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history.
- Estimate Preparation: Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts, establishing follow-up time and monitoring progress throughout the day.
- Customer Communication: Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order, explaining all completed work and charges to customers.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant is highly desirable.
- Personal Qualities: Above-average energy level, personal and professional integrity, and a desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
- Technical Skills: Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs, with a passing background check and drug screen required.
