Senior Manager, Financial Services Initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Money Services Initiatives & Program Management team. As a key leader in our Financial Services business, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, improving customer experiences, and strengthening our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Orchestrate strategic initiatives to achieve business growth goals and drive innovation.
- Craft financial services business strategies, develop customer value propositions, and partner with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute on cross-functional initiatives across the portfolio, leveraging experience with Money Services businesses and key initiative leadership.
- Lead high-visibility projects, taking end-to-end ownership and independently leading your team and cross-functional partners.
- Develop and implement improved customer experiences, achieving meaningful outcomes and driving customer obsession.
- Build and sustain relationships with key internal and external partners to accelerate alignment and support on key initiatives and objectives.
- Deliver results, achieving customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines.
- Drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement across the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years of experience in consumer financial services, bill payment, money orders, product management, marketing management, customer relationship management, retail operations, or related area.
- 5 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.
- Marketing management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services.
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
