We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Sales Specialist to join our team at Snap-on Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting sales account management in maintaining direct sales functions to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships with non-SBS customers.
- Work directly with Sales Account Managers and current customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with all Snap-on sales channels to support their selling processes.
- Assist with sales transactions and paperwork.
- Utilize Oracle, CPQ, and HubSpot CRM to manage current and new accounts.
- Provide input to management to develop programs to support new business and renewals.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other SBS associates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience a plus.
- General sales account experience required.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer relations skills.
