We are seeking a talented Sales Leader to join our team in Rockford and the surrounding area. As a Sales Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your income rapidly and advance your career upon demonstrating proficiency with our sales system.

Your RoleYou will be responsible for learning our proven sales system, implementing it in the field, and driving new business by presenting to local companies and generating new accounts. You will also use our system to build a self-sustaining referral stream that will benefit you for life.

Qualifications and RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines
  • An active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain one upon hiring

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, bonuses, and opportunities for growth and development.
