About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Future Hyundai of Concord. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
  • Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair or maintenance costs, detailing problems and pertinent information.
  • Perform a thorough redelivery process, ensuring all customer needs have been met and answering any questions that may arise.
  • Develop rapport with customers leading to lasting relationships.
Requirements
  • 1+ year Service Advisor experience in the automotive field.
  • Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI requirements.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Strong character and work ethic.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals.
