The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of New York State No-Fault insurance, particularly in handling NF-2 applications. Fluency in Spanish is a plus to cater to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and promptly prepare and submit no-fault applications (NF-2).
  • Handle a caseload of no-fault insurance claims from start to finish.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, insurance firms, and medical providers.
  • Support attorneys in case preparation, document organization, and calendar management.
  • Provide translation services for Spanish-speaking clients when needed.
  • Maintain well-organized and detailed case records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a pre-litigation paralegal.
  • Proficient in filing various applications related to No-Fault Insurance such as NF-2, NF-6, etc.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Skilled in legal research and case management tools.
