Key Responsibilities
  • Quarterly Advisory Fee Processing
    • Maintain and reconcile RIA billing platform
    • Employ fee debiting methods with various custodians
    • Perform specific fee runs, custodian uploads, and adjustment billing
    • Provide communication and support to advisors, troubleshoot issues from advisor billing inquiries
    • Assume cashiering function with custodians
    • Monitor accounts and activities on platform, resolve complex billing issues
    • Assist in compiling and analyzing data on a monthly/quarterly basis in accordance with billing and service practices
  • Trading & Reporting
    • Monitor daily operational processes, including trades, regulatory compliance adherence, and problem resolution
    • Create and execute trade orders in client accounts for ad hoc cash distributions and periodic rebalance of all client accounts
    • Post-trade processing and resolve trade settlement issues in a timely manner
    • Maintain investment models and various research materials
    • Compile documentation for quarterly Investment Committee Meetings
    • Support investment and business operational duties as needed
    • Develop and maintain research, institutional, and vendor relationships to enhance investment advisory platform
    • Collaborate with other support and processing departments to resolve issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of financial industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a relevant field
  • Familiarity with various reconciliation tools, including Excel, Black diamond, Salesforce, and custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing
  • Experience with RIA operations, including new account opening, account transfers, billing, and cashiering functions
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
