Regulatory Data & Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
This role supports global pesticide registrations by providing certificates and legalized documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated industry and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage timely processing of certificates through government agencies.
- Coordinate pesticide label layouts for business-to-business labels.
- Maintain accurate records and database entries for label versions and changes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and support in addressing prioritization of label workload schedules.
- Communicate work updates to stakeholders and identify solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience required.
- Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to adapt communication style.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Additional Requirements
- Shift Time: Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00.
- Starting pay rate: $50.00 per hour and more depending on experience.
