Position Overview

This announcement pertains to various openings for Clinical Pharmacy Associates at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital.

Role Summary:

In collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacist, the Clinical Pharmacy Associate will undertake essential responsibilities to enhance the comprehensive clinical pharmacy services delivered by the Clinical Pharmacists. This role involves the organization and collection of clinical data for pharmacy appointments and the medication reconciliation process. The Clinical Pharmacy Associate will conduct chart evaluations to identify patients who could benefit from clinical pharmacy services based on specific medical and pharmaceutical indicators.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education that fulfills certification, licensing, or registration requirements
  • Washington Pharmacy Technician License
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience that equips the individual to operate effectively in standard work scenarios and to provide a foundational understanding of the principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques in the pharmaceutical sector
