Accounting Manager

Solar Energy World, a leading solar panel installation company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support its growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting management, with a proven track record of leading teams and implementing efficient accounting processes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of accountants to complete monthly accounting closes and prepare financial statements.
- Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, and general ledger activity.
- Reviewing and refining accounting processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensuring accurate job cost reporting.
- Analyzing data from CRM, payroll, and accounting systems to ensure complete and accurate accounting records.
- Assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Enforcing internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Training and development of accounting staff.
- Assisting with managerial reporting and analysis, budget planning, and other projects as needed.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an Accounting management role.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Experience with ERP implementation preferred.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central a plus.
- Ability to work extensively with Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and collaborate with different functional groups.
