Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on customer needs, manage existing accounts, and increase sales performance through effective relationship-building and result-oriented strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and company products to provide tailored service enhancements and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Account Managers to establish and monitor weekly targets, goals, and sales performance metrics.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to share insights, best practices, and innovative ideas to improve sales margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage assigned territories effectively, tracking customer interactions and sales performance to maximize revenue growth.
  • Engage in ongoing sales and leadership development through regular meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top performers across the country.

Requirements:

  • College degree or relevant work experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to control situations and drive results.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Competitive nature, with a drive to outperform and excel in sales and leadership roles.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly valued.
