Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Recognize client objectives and propose solutions to address challenges.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain client retention, growth plans, and strategies to develop a profitable business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Research and track market trends, competitor behaviors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales or transportation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,800.00 - $85,300.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible and eligible for commission pay, car allowance, and relocation.
