Rehabilitation Services Manager

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Director of Rehabilitation to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation management and be able to effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor
- Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered, adhering to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance
- Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of rehabilitation services and regulatory compliance
