Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects. This includes evaluating alternatives, resolving technical issues, and interfacing with other internal professional disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform engineering interpretation of specifications and drawings, recommending and documenting design modifications, and coordinating with the project manager.
- Make supervised assessment of engineering problems and recommend solutions to engineering discipline leads, resolve questions, plan, coordinate, and execute work in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
- Assist the Project Manager/Principal Engineer with all aspects of the daily crew workload.
- Experience with design site development including permitting, grading, drainage, street design, erosion control, hydrology, storm drainage, water distribution, and sanitary sewer collection systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Working or educational experience with Civil Engineering (1-3 years) in the US.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
