Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and their pets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Organizing and processing guest information, including room assignments and pet care details.
  • Coordinating pet care services, including walking, feeding, and administering medication as needed.
  • Responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our resort and services.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including the lobby, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and care for our guests' pets.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a pet-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and veterinarians.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the resort as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
