Responsibilities:
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed annual quota targets
• Manage sales to achieve gross margins and sales revenue that exceed forecasts
• Assess and analyze territory market needs and customer base to create an effective market plan
• Monitor and report weekly quote activities to leadership
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify territory opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic market plans based on customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer base
• Maintain expert knowledge of diesel, natural gas, and liquid propane generator engines
• Serve as technical liaison for field service issues
• Provide solutions and recommendations for complex technical challenges
• Act as primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle
• Ensure timely follow-up and response to customer inquiries
• Handle customer service issues and maintain long-term relationships
• Monitor sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
• Participate in department meetings as necessary
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- 1-3 years sales experience preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Compensation & Benefits:
National Power, LLC offers a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 depending on previous experience and current certifications. Overtime is also a factor, paid at 1.5 X base. We offer three weeks of paid vacation after 90 days, up to 9 paid company holidays, paid sick time, company-paid Life Insurance ($75,000), Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
