Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee Healthcare construction projects, managing the project team and ensuring timely completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction contracts and work orders
  • Supervise project teams and collaborate with other Project Managers
  • Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners
  • Administer project cost reports and document changes
  • Develop and maintain project quality assurance and control plans
  • Collaborate on project safety plans and manage MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • 10 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 6 years managing construction projects
  • Experience managing Healthcare projects required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
